Talent Acquisition, Senior Advisor


General Description:

Under limited direction, the Senior Advisor for Talent Acquisition will be responsible for finding, recruiting, hiring and retaining talented candidates. Partners with the Talent Acquisition Manager to drive department goals and find innovative ways to find talent. This individual must deliver best-in-class recruitment practices and standards to promote Premier Community HealthCare as being a top employer of choice.


  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, communications, business or related majors
  • Three (3) years of experience in a recruitment role or staffing agency
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Outlook)
  • Working knowledge of state/federal employment and labor laws

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Recruitment

  • Partner with hiring managers on recruitment efforts
  • Screen and select applicants based on job description
  • Conduct/perform interviews with potential candidates/applicants
  • Distribute applications to office managers for interview selection and assist in applicant selection
  • Develop and maintain relationships with college and university placement office
  • Drive recruitment strategy efforts, including career fairs, email campaigns and sourcing strategies
  • Educate managers on selection process and appropriate documentation
  • Manage applicant tracking system and partner with recruiting and onboarding coordinator to ensure a smooth onboarding
  • Keep current with industry benchmarks, employment law and best practices
  • Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance at all times
  • Keep other care team members informed when situations occur that disrupts timely patient flow through site.
  • Adhere to patient care needs and the core values of Premier Community HealthCare to a provide best-in-class patient experience
  • Work towards attaining department goals and drive Quality Improvement / Quality Assurance (QI/QA)
  • Other duties as assigned
